Project Overview

This home sits right at the heart of Peppermint Grove and was in desperate need of a transformation. So, our design team carried out a full renovation and added some new rooms.

They have successfully transformed this timeless treasure into something more functional and visually stunning, and integrated some modern elements as well. The result is a relaxing, family-friendly retreat.

What the client envisioned was a mix of modern aesthetic and breezy coastal vibe, resulting in an idyllic and fully-functional family escape.

We have made major modifications to the structure. One of that is taking off the walls, which makes it more functional and gives it a spacious, open-plan look. We are very meticulous with our choice of embellishments for the interior finishes.

In addition, we place vast windows and doors to allow plenty of sunlight and emphasize the seamless connection between the outside and inside.

As for the outdoor area, we have to overhaul it completely to showcase the new look. We also added multi-season spaces to enjoy the beautiful weather that Perth is known for. Indeed, the expansive and inviting entertainment areas have become the standout feature of this custom-designed home.
