Working with you to bring your vision to life, we produce designs and results that meet your expectations. With a combined industry experience of 30 years plus and a comprehensive design process, here is what you can expect when you first contact us:
Site Visit
We meet you at home to discuss design options, what you’re wanting to achieve and get an overall feel for the project. We’ll take all the information provided and customise a plan for your extension or renovation.
Design
Our award winning designers will meet you on site taking measurements of your existing home and finalising any design points. They will then conceptualise your project using a range of methods including 3D flyovers and flythroughs, allowing you to visualise your proposed floor plan and elevations. We will then present these drawings to you to finalise the design or discuss any changes you may wish to make. During this stage we help you decide on fittings and fixtures for your renovation or addition. Choosing the specifications during the design stage helps us produce an accurate project estimate for your approval.
Approvals
Once we finalise the plan and sign the contracts, we then submit all necessary documentation including all insurances to your local council authority for approval.
Construct
Once we have approval from council, we will arrange a suitable time with you to begin construction. Prior to commencement we will meet with you to discuss all stages of the build and how to best minimise the impact on your day to day living arrangements. We take the utmost care in protecting your existing home whilst construction is underway. This may include the building of temporary hoardings, etc.
