  Northside Developments are a great group of builders who communicate well and in a timely manner. Northside have been upfront with all decisions since day one and carefully explain the process to ensure we understood the work that was involved, why it was happening and the costs associated.
  Couldn't recommend Northside Developments highly enough as they take great pride in their work, are honest around pricing (and upfront with expectations) and most importantly with builders, communicate fantastically, hearing from James several times a week.

  James and the team at Northside Developments have completed two projects for me over recent years - a heritage home renovation as well as a brand-new residence. On both occasions I found them to be professional, easy to work with and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. The most recent project was built during difficult industry conditions, however James worked with dedication and integrity to complete the project on time, without compromising the quality of materials and trades. I will definitely use Northside Developments in the future if the opportunity arises.

  Northside Developments renovated the front facade of my home installing weatherboard cladding, new trims, window, downpipes and lighting and removing some of the old features. James was really helpful, friendly and informative, had a meeting before the quote where we went over my idea and he explained the work from start to finish, the boys at northside finished all the work professionally and cleaned up the site without anything left behind, the house looks a million bucks, we are very happy with it and will be using northside for future renovations for the inside of the house!

  James and his team did a great job renovating the entire interior and exterior of our home. The alfresco that was designed and built is one of a kind and utilised the awquard space in the back yard perfectly. Nothing was too hard he was punctual always kept us informed of any issues or delays with materials and came up with creative and amazing solutions to any problems that arose during the design and construction phases.

  We did a large renovation on our home with NSD and they were flawless in all aspects of the job. We added on a bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe. We also renovated the old kitchen, laundry and bathroom including taking out walls to open it all up. James from NSD was so knowledgeable with the building codes and structural requirements to make our family home renovation safe and well built. He also gave us some great ideas and design pointers that made the end result exceed all our expectations. It was all the little things that also impressed us - the job site was always left clean, all the aspects of the job were explained in detail with all our questions answered honestly … More and accurately, all the time frames we were given were met, the quality of workmanship was extremely high and everyone on site especially Jame's were an absolute delight to deal with.We look forward to our next renovation with NSD and wouldn't go anywhere else.Thanks James!
