Project Overview:

Alongside the beautiful Swan River in Claremont, you'll find this aesthetically pleasing home, designed with the needs and preferences of the family living here. Our design team was dedicated to realising the vision of the homeowners.

Working within the property's very restricted space, their goal was to make it look bright and airy while adding some standout features.

We had to make significant changes on the structure when tackling this project.

The biggest involved the installation of a steel frame to support the building, while making sure that the open-concept design is maintained all throughout.

To make it look attractive, we had to meticulously select the interior finishes, and we were able to install sophisticated embellishments along with some striking accessories. We also installed more windows and doors, in order to receive plenty of natural light.

As for the outside areas, we have included "all-season" spaces. The owner specifically wanted that "Claremont feel" to take advantage of the amazing weather in Perth. We are pleased with the result. We think that the standout feature is the expansive living areas outdoors.
