Meet James McMurtrie

Founder and Director

Introducing James McMurtrie, the mind behind Northside Developments. James has extensive construction work experience. He has truly been in this enterprise well over 17 years.

Because of this, he’s an expert in a variety of construction initiatives across many industries, which include major industrial tasks in the mining, oil, and gasoline sectors in addition to residential and high-rise buildings.

His wide-ranging experience has given him a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and demands that come with different types of construction projects.

James has held many critical roles, and that consists of handling groups of up to 30 workers in many industries. His management and know-how have performed a key role in ensuring that we deliver to the best standards, and his willpower to excellent craftsmanship shines through in each task we take on.

Furthermore, James has a Diploma in Building and Construction. For over seven years now, we are efficaciously servicing the Perth community. Thanks to his direction, we’ve earned a recognition for dedication to excellence and delicate craftsmanship.

Our team consists of expert tradespeople and subcontractors carefully chosen by James, and that is why we truly stand out. Many of them have at least ten years in the industry. By working with these pioneers, we are confident that we can deliver the best results!
